Who We Are
The Institute of Social Research and Development (ISRD) is a professional consultancy and training institute headquartered in Jaffna, Sri Lanka. We work at the intersection of research, strategy, training, and project support to help institutions and communities thrive in a changing world.
Founded with a vision to enhance the impact of development work in the Northern and Eastern provinces, ISRD has become a trusted partner to a wide range of clients, including government ministries, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), civil society groups, international development agencies, and private sector stakeholders.
